Versatote is the brand name given to the range of tote boxes produced by Casting Support Systems at its purpose built (2022) facility in South Devon, UK.
CSS has been designing and manufacturing totes for nearly 25 years and in that time has gained a wealth of experience working with industry leading automation companies that it incorporates into its ever-growing portfolio of products.
CSS are experts in the design of new bespoke products for new automation systems but because CSS designs and manufactures the mould tools in house all the products are designed for manufacture from the outset.
CSS is constantly looking to reduce the carbon footprint of its products with more than 65% of all products being made from reprocessed materials. On top of this we have introduced other green initiatives including the introduction of the UBQ additive that can reduce the footprint of a Versatote product to virtually zero, we have branded these initiatives Versatote Green. The quality of our products are second to none and we work to the ISO 9001 quality standard.

Obviously, the products we manufacture are not all totes and our sister company ICS manufactures over 27 million components a year for the aerospace and defence industries, so we are happy to help with any plastic product requirements you may have.
ICS is also the toolmaking division of the group, so we can design and manufacture new tools (up to 10t) and repair and maintain existing ones in house maximising up time of tools on injection moulding presses
