AMHSA Member, Vitronic - Demonstrates support for social institutions

Wiesbaden, Germany, May 19th 2020 – Shortly after the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, the new VITRONIC CEO Daniel Scholz-Stein initiated a mouth-nose-mask supply chain for the employees who were not in the home office. Thanks to the Chinese subsidiary of the Wiesbaden-based, family-run company, the process went relatively quickly and smoothly.

"Because we care, because we give back".

“Right from the start, it was clear to us that we would distribute a portion of the ordered masks to social institutions at our founding location,” says Daniel Scholz-Stein. The distribution of the masks was organized and coordinated together with the Wiesbaden-based communications agency placetobee™ and the local Facebook platform “Lust auf Wiesbaden” by Andreas Rolle. True to the VITRONIC motto “Because we care, because we give back”, the blog community nominated the organizations with the most urgent needs. To date, ten social institutions have been supplied with masks – all of them were personally delivered by an Andreas Rolle, who was also protected by a mouth-nose mask.

For example, the children’s hospice “Bärenherz” in Wiesbaden, the Paulinentift “Geburtenabteilung”, the (private) help for the homeless in Wiesbaden, the Amt für Soziale Arbeit, Dein Herz für deine Stadt, the Lebenshilfe Wiesbaden, the Wiesbadener Tafel, the Clemenshaus, the Antoniushaus Hochheim and the Moritz-Lang-Haus were happy to receive this rare and for everyday life so important good.
