“In 2013, we won the contract to deliver an AutoStore grid at the Asda IDC in Lutterworth,” explains Ed Smith, Regional System Operations Manager at Swisslog. “Then, in 2014, we received the contract for the SO support team that we currently have on-site, which includes all the maintenance and servicing of the equipment. We then won a contract in 2015 to expand the AutoStore grid.”
